Public funded projects are usually awarded through qualification-based selection. Our in-house staff of design professionals allows us to provide a wide variety of professional design services. We welcome the opportunity to submit our qualifications for professional design and engineering services on all phases of your project from preliminary concepts through construction observation. We are available to assist with pre-project services, such as programming, project definition, budget development and criteria architectural services. HWH is also available to respond quickly for emergency repair projects and on-call architectural and engineering services.
We have worked with all of the currently accepted project delivery methods including Design-bid-Build, Construction Manager, Construction Manager at Risk and Design-Build.
